Stage 1: Import of Raw Materials

• Step 1: Import of raw materials meeting international standards
• Step 2: Warehousing, storing information on the warehouse management data system

Stage 2: Raw Material Inspection

• Step 1: Analysis of chemical composition on a spectrometer
• Step 2: Inspection of mechanical properties, hardness, and material appearance

Stage 3: Band Rolling

• Step 1: Rolling the material to a lower thickness, which can reach a thickness of 0.3mm with an accuracy of +- 0.02mm
• Step 2: Checking the thickness and material appearance

Stage 4: Band Annealing

• Step 1: The raw material band will be heated at around 1000 degrees Celsius to restore the stability of the metal molecule structure and the ductility of the stainless steel material.
• Step 2: Air cooling
• Step 3: Checking the material hardness

Stage 5: Band Slitting

• Step 1: The material is slit into band strips according to the size requirements of each pipe
• Step 2: Checking the dimensions on the band

Stage 6: Pipe Forming

• Step 4: The pressure reaches from 100 – 300 Kpa depending on the type of pipe to be tested

• Step 1: The KCS department classifies and evaluates according to regulations
• Step 2: Packaging accurately according to the specifications of each order
