Customers have the right to check, update, adjust, or delete their personal information by logging into their account and editing personal information or requesting SONHASSP.COM to do so.
Customers have the right to file complaints about the disclosure of user information or passwords to third parties to the administration of the SONHASSP.COM website. Upon receiving such feedback, SONHASSP.COM will re-verify the information and be responsible for explaining the reason and guiding the customer in restoring and securing the information.
